Program Version: [PROGRAM VERSION]
These Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in any referral, invite, affiliate-style, ambassador, or promotional recommendation program offered through Univerax.com and its related marketplace services (the “Program”).
The Program is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Univerax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Referral Terms apply together with:
The Terms of Use;
The Membership Agreement, where applicable;
The Seller, Author and Service Provider Terms, where applicable;
The Privacy Policy;
The applicable Program page;
The Fee or Reward Schedule;
Campaign-specific rules; and
Mandatory law.
By joining, using a referral link or code, or claiming a Program reward, you agree to the version of these Referral Terms applicable to your participation.
The Program may allow eligible users (“Referrers”) to invite new users or promote eligible Univerax products, services, memberships, or marketplace activities.
A Referrer may receive a reward when a referred person (“Referred User”) completes a qualifying action under the applicable Program rules.
The Program may be offered as:
A user invite program;
A buyer referral program;
A seller or Provider referral program;
A product or service referral program;
A Premium subscription referral;
A creator or ambassador campaign;
A promotional credit program; or
Another referral model described on the applicable Program page.
To participate, a Referrer may be required to:
Hold an active Univerax account;
Meet the applicable minimum age;
Reside in an eligible country;
Complete identity, tax, or payment verification;
Maintain accurate account information;
Comply with Platform rules;
Use an authorized referral link or code; and
Satisfy Program-specific conditions.
Univerax may restrict participation according to country, account role, campaign, payment availability, sanctions requirements, fraud risk, or applicable law.
Employees, contractors, agencies, or related parties of Univerax may be excluded unless the Program rules expressly allow their participation.
Before a user participates, the applicable Program page should identify:
Eligible Referrers;
Eligible Referred Users;
Qualifying action;
Reward type;
Reward amount or calculation method;
Attribution period;
Validation period;
Payment or credit conditions;
Minimum payout threshold;
Reward limits;
Eligible countries;
Campaign duration;
Excluded transactions; and
Any tax or verification requirements.
The Program page and campaign-specific rules form part of these Referral Terms.
Univerax may provide a unique link, code, campaign identifier, or other tracking mechanism.
You must use referral identifiers only as authorized.
You must not:
Modify a link to mislead users;
Hide the destination;
Impersonate Univerax;
Create deceptive redirects;
Inject referral identifiers without user knowledge;
Replace another Referrer’s identifier;
Use malicious scripts, browser extensions, or unauthorized software;
Place tracking technologies without required permission; or
Claim that a referral link is an official independent recommendation.
Referral links do not transfer ownership of the Univerax brand, domain, content, or technology.
A referral becomes qualifying only when all conditions shown in the applicable Program rules are satisfied.
Depending on the Program, conditions may include:
The Referred User is genuinely new;
The Referred User follows the authorized link or enters the code;
Registration is completed within the attribution period;
Required verification is completed;
An eligible purchase or other qualifying action occurs;
Payment is successfully completed;
The transaction is not cancelled, refunded, reversed, or charged back;
The validation period expires;
The transaction is not fraudulent or self-referred; and
All participants comply with these Referral Terms.
Registration alone does not create a reward unless the Program expressly states otherwise.
A “new user” generally means an individual or legal entity that has not previously maintained a Univerax account or participated through another identity.
A person may not be treated as new merely because they:
Use another email address;
Create a duplicate account;
Use another device;
Delete and recreate an account;
Register through another person;
Change business identity without a genuine change of entity; or
Attempt to conceal prior Platform use.
The Program page may define additional new-user criteria.
Self-referrals are prohibited unless a specific Program expressly allows them.
Prohibited self-referral conduct may include:
Referring your own alternative account;
Using your own link for your own purchase;
Referring a business you control where excluded;
Using a family member or associate solely to obtain a reward;
Coordinating circular referrals;
Creating artificial transactions; or
Splitting one organization into multiple accounts to claim rewards.
Legitimate referrals involving related persons or organizations may be reviewed according to the Program rules and actual circumstances.
A referral may be attributed using:
Referral link parameters;
Referral codes;
Account records;
Cookies or similar technologies;
Registration data;
Transaction records; or
Another disclosed method.
The Program page should identify the attribution period and material rules.
Attribution may fail where:
The user does not use the referral link or code;
Optional tracking was lawfully refused;
Cookies are blocked or deleted;
Another valid referral is recorded;
The attribution period expires;
The user changes devices or browsers; or
Technical information is unavailable.
Univerax must not activate non-essential referral tracking contrary to applicable cookie or privacy requirements.
If multiple Referrers claim the same user or transaction, Univerax may apply the documented attribution method, such as:
Valid referral code entered at registration;
Most recent valid referral;
First valid referral;
Account-linked referral;
Campaign-specific attribution; or
Another method disclosed before participation.
The actual attribution rule must be stated on the Program page and applied consistently.
Univerax may request relevant evidence but cannot guarantee manual reassignment where reliable attribution data is unavailable.
A Program reward may consist of:
Platform credit;
Cash commission;
Percentage-based commission;
Fixed payment;
Discount;
Premium access;
Promotional benefit;
Seller or Provider fee benefit; or
Another disclosed reward.
The Program page must explain whether the reward:
Is cash or non-cash;
Can be withdrawn;
Can be transferred;
Has an expiry date;
Is limited to eligible purchases;
Is subject to a minimum balance;
Is subject to taxes;
Is capped; or
May be reversed.
A promotional credit must not be represented as cash if it cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money.
Rewards will be calculated according to the rule shown for the applicable Program.
A percentage reward should identify the calculation base, such as:
Amount actually paid;
Amount excluding tax;
Amount excluding refunds;
Platform fee;
Seller revenue;
First qualifying payment;
Net eligible transaction value; or
Another clearly defined amount.
Univerax must not apply undisclosed deductions.
Currency conversion and rounding methods should be stated where multiple currencies are supported.
A reward may initially appear as pending.
A pending reward may become approved after:
Payment completion;
Expiry of the refund or cancellation review period;
Completion of the qualifying transaction;
Fraud and compliance review;
Resolution of a dispute;
Required verification; and
Satisfaction of Program conditions.
A pending reward is not necessarily available for withdrawal or use.
The dashboard should distinguish pending, approved, paid, reversed, and expired rewards.
A reward may be reversed where:
The qualifying transaction is cancelled;
A refund is issued;
Payment is reversed;
A chargeback occurs;
The transaction is fraudulent;
The Referred User is ineligible;
The referral is self-generated;
Program conditions were not satisfied;
The reward resulted from a technical error; or
These Referral Terms were materially violated.
A reversal should correspond to the affected transaction and should not result in arbitrary forfeiture of unrelated valid rewards.
If a reward has already been paid, Univerax may deduct the valid reversal amount from future rewards or request repayment where permitted by law and these Terms.
Where rewards are withdrawable, the Program page should explain:
Supported payout methods;
Supported currencies;
Minimum threshold;
Payout schedule;
Processing fees;
Identity verification;
Tax information requirements;
Reserve or review period; and
Circumstances allowing a payout delay.
Payments may be processed through independent payment or financial service providers.
Univerax does not guarantee that every payout method is available in every country.
Where a reward is issued as Platform credit:
Its value and currency must be clear;
Eligible uses must be disclosed;
Expiry must be disclosed;
Transferability must be stated;
Cash withdrawal availability must be stated;
Combination with other promotions must be stated; and
Any usage restriction must be provided before participation.
Platform credit cannot replace a legally required monetary refund unless the user validly agrees and applicable law permits it.
Referrers are responsible for understanding tax, reporting, registration, and invoicing obligations applicable to their rewards.
Univerax may:
Request tax information;
Apply withholding required by law;
Issue payment records;
Request an invoice where legally necessary;
Report payments to authorities; or
Delay payout until required information is provided.
Nothing provided through the Program constitutes individualized tax advice.
Tax treatment must be confirmed according to the Referrer’s location, status, and reward type.
Referrers must clearly disclose their relationship with Univerax when promoting a referral link or receiving a benefit.
A disclosure should be:
Clear;
Prominent;
Understandable;
Close to the promotional statement or link;
Suitable for the relevant language and medium; and
Provided before or at the time the user interacts with the promotion.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate disclosure may state:
I may receive a reward if you register or make an eligible purchase through this link.
A hashtag or abbreviated disclosure is sufficient only where it is clear and complies with applicable advertising rules.
Referrers must not falsely present compensated content as independent or impartial advice.
Referrers must describe Univerax and the Program accurately.
You must not:
Guarantee earnings, sales, work, customers, results, or acceptance;
Misrepresent prices or features;
Claim to be an employee or authorized representative unless true;
Make unauthorized legal, financial, or performance promises;
Publish false reviews;
Conceal material conditions;
Create false urgency;
Use fabricated testimonials;
Misrepresent a referral reward as a user discount; or
Make claims inconsistent with official Platform information.
You must not promote referral links through:
Spam;
Unsolicited bulk email or messaging;
Unauthorized commercial electronic communications;
Purchased contact lists;
Deceptive advertisements;
Misleading domains or social accounts;
Trademark bidding where prohibited;
Cookie stuffing;
Forced clicks;
Pop-ups that mislead users;
Malware or browser extensions;
Fake news or impersonation;
Review manipulation;
Prohibited content;
Harassment;
Automated account creation; or
Any unlawful method.
Univerax may publish additional campaign-specific channel restrictions.
You may send a referral message only where you have the lawful right to contact the recipient.
You are responsible for:
Required consent or another lawful basis;
Sender identification;
Required commercial communication disclosures;
An available opt-out method;
Suppression of recipients who object; and
Compliance with anti-spam and electronic communication laws.
Univerax’s provision of a referral link does not authorize you to send unsolicited messages.
Unless expressly permitted, you must not:
Bid on “Univerax” or confusingly similar brand terms;
Use Univerax trademarks in a domain or subdomain;
Register misleading social usernames;
Present an advertisement as an official Univerax advertisement;
Create a website likely to be confused with Univerax; or
use unauthorized redirects from misspelled domains.
Permitted descriptive use must not imply sponsorship or ownership.
Social media, influencer, and creator promotions must comply with:
Platform rules;
Advertising disclosure requirements;
Intellectual property rules;
Applicable consumer law; and
These Referral Terms.
Disclosures must remain visible even where the social platform provides its own paid-partnership tool, if additional disclosure is required.
Referrers must not target children or vulnerable persons in a prohibited or exploitative manner.
Univerax may provide approved logos, banners, links, or promotional materials.
A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission may be granted to use those materials solely for authorized Program participation.
You must not:
Modify the logo in a misleading way;
Remove legal notices;
Suggest ownership;
Combine the brand with unlawful content;
Use outdated promotional claims;
Register brand elements; or
Continue using materials after permission ends.
All goodwill arising from authorized use belongs to the relevant brand owner.
You are responsible for promotional content you create.
Your content must not:
Infringe intellectual property;
Violate privacy rights;
Contain false claims;
Include unlawful personal data;
Defame another person;
Promote prohibited products or services;
Conceal compensation; or
Violate advertising rules.
Univerax may request removal or correction of content that materially violates these Referral Terms or creates legal or reputational risk.
Referrers must not independently collect or process Referred User data on behalf of Univerax unless a separate written arrangement authorizes it.
You must not:
Ask Referred Users to send passwords;
Collect payment-card information;
Create accounts for others without authorization;
Upload contact lists to Univerax without a lawful basis;
Sell referral data;
Use tracking technologies without required permission; or
Disclose Referred User information.
Univerax will process Program data according to its Privacy Policy, KVKK Privacy Notice, GDPR Data Protection Notice where applicable, and Cookie Policy.
Where referral attribution uses cookies or similar technologies:
Necessary and optional technologies must be correctly classified;
Required information must be provided;
Consent must be obtained where required;
Optional referral tracking must not be activated before valid consent where prohibited;
Withdrawal must be respected; and
Tracking duration must not exceed the disclosed attribution period without justification.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use does not constitute consent to optional tracking.
Univerax may use proportionate manual or automated measures to identify:
Duplicate accounts;
Self-referrals;
Circular transactions;
Abnormal conversion patterns;
Automated registrations;
Stolen payment methods;
Refund manipulation;
Coordinated abuse;
False identities; or
Other fraudulent activity.
Univerax may request verification or supporting information before approving a reward.
Automated indicators should not be treated as conclusive where meaningful human review is required by applicable law or fairness.
A Program may include limits concerning:
Rewards per Referrer;
Rewards per Referred User;
Rewards per household or organization;
Eligible transactions;
Reward period;
Total campaign budget;
Geographic area; or
Program duration.
Limits must be disclosed on the Program page.
Univerax should not apply undisclosed retroactive limits to already qualified referrals.
Univerax may modify the Program for future referrals, including:
Eligibility;
Reward rates;
Qualifying actions;
Attribution periods;
Payout methods;
Promotional channels; or
Program availability.
Material changes will be notified where required.
Changes must not retroactively remove an approved reward without a valid legal or contractual reason.
The Program version applicable to a referral should be recorded.
Univerax may suspend or terminate Program participation because of:
Fraud;
Self-referral;
Spam;
Misleading advertising;
Trademark misuse;
Manipulation of tracking;
Duplicate accounts;
Unlawful conduct;
Material breach; or
Legal or security requirements.
Where appropriate, the Referrer should receive notice and an opportunity to respond.
Termination does not automatically remove approved and undisputed rewards unless these Referral Terms or applicable law provide a valid basis.
Univerax may discontinue a Program.
Where possible, advance notice should be provided.
The discontinuation notice should explain:
Final referral date;
Treatment of pending referrals;
Final validation date;
Final payout procedure;
Treatment of Platform credits; and
Any action required from Referrers.
Approved and undisputed rewards should be handled according to the Program terms and applicable law.
Participation does not guarantee:
Referrals;
Conversions;
Rewards;
Income;
Business opportunities;
Marketplace visibility; or
Continued Program availability.
Any estimates or examples are illustrative unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Referrers must not present the Program as guaranteed income or an investment opportunity.
Participation does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint venture relationship between the Referrer and Univerax.
A Referrer has no authority to:
Bind Univerax;
Enter into contracts for Univerax;
Make guarantees on Univerax’s behalf;
Collect payments for Univerax; or
Represent themselves as Univerax personnel.
The legal classification of the relationship remains subject to mandatory law and actual circumstances.
If a reward is incorrectly displayed because of a technical, calculation, currency, or configuration error, Univerax may correct the error.
Before reversing a credited or paid reward, Univerax should:
Identify the affected transaction;
Explain the correction;
Apply the documented Program rules;
Avoid arbitrary deductions; and
Provide a review channel where appropriate.
A general error clause does not authorize confiscation of valid rewards.
A Referrer may request review through:

Transaction or Referral ID: [WHERE TO FIND REFERRAL ID]
The request should identify:
Referrer account;
Referred User or transaction where lawful;
